A: A shipping calculator is available in our shoping cart for shipping via USPS, and is based on your zipcode and the weight of your purchase. You will need to procede to check out to view and choose your shipping options.
Most small purchases can be sent 1st class mail for a reduced cost (mailing one bow 1st class is $2.00). Priority Mail is available as well. If another delivery option is desired, please let us know, and do not use the shoping cart. We can invoice you for your purchase and your exact shipping total, so you only need to make one payment. In the event that shipping charged to you is $1 or more than the actual shipping charge, you will be refunded the difference.
Q: Is Delivery confirmation and/or insurance included in the shipping cost? A: Delivery confirmation is included automatically with your shipping fee. Insurance is available at an additional charge, and is highly recommended as we can not be liable for lost or damaged packages. Please click the button below to add insurance to your order:
A: Absolutely! Bow orders could be picked up at either or our homes for free. In-town delivery is also available. Orders under $30 will have a delivery charge of $5 per address. Delivery in-town will be complimentary for orders of $30 or more. (In-town is considered to be 25 miles from Yelm, WA or Clackamas, OR.
A: Most custom orders made with in-stock ribbon can be available for pick-up/delivery/shippment within 3 business days. For large large orders ($30 or more), we will quote an estimated completion time upon e-mail request, that will be agreed upon before payment is required.
We can guarantee Christmas orders (for in-stock ribbon) placed on or before December 10th, to be available for pick-up/delivered/mailed by December 20th. After December 10th, we might still be able to complete your order before Christmas, all you need to do is ask.
